iPad Sketches: Compilation
Latest in the series of iPad sketches. Going from a couple of D&D characters to some t-shirt designs and a future project (wink).
Preview: Warlock Update
It's coming up to a year since the creation of my Dungeons and Dragons warlock. Thought he needed a little refresher and it's getting to the point where I want to erase his face because it is a little too good looking.
A look back to his 2013 look: HERE
Digimon Collab
Final piece for the #DigimonCollab conducted by @Pricimation. I volunteered for Quetzalmon.
Quetzalmon Video Sketch
February was probably the worst lull I've had for drawing and sketching I've every had, so to make up for it in March, I recorded my Quetzalmon sketch for the Digimon Collab @Pricimation is holding over on Twitter.
Painting Study
Painting study and brush stroke practice. Photo was taken at one of the parks in Kitsap county, WA and I thought it was a nice simple one to start with combining a solid brush with a few textured ones to get the moss like detailing.
Monsters and Myths
Apparently it was a running theme to draw yourself as something. This week it was a mythological creature. So I chose a Harpy because it was either that or a werewolf and I have too much curls for hair. That and I like birds of prey like owls and such. Plus all the hagravens I've killed (and been killed by) in Skyrim tell me that they are pretty cool.
So many sketches
Alchemist
A better look at what my Alchemist looks like overall.
It is also painting practice with a splash of color. I used Corel Painter X for this and only used Photoshop to adjust some lineart and add the signature because at the heart of things, Painter is a painting program and Photoshop is a versatile monster.
Current WIP
Sketching out the feature of my next illustration and a little thumb of how I kinda want it to go. Need to make more.
